The International Assocation for Health and Fitness Education (IAHFE) draws its strength from being a unique worldwide, independent and professional association of individuals and organisations committed to improving the health and wellbeing of the people through education, community action and the development of healthy public policy.

Well-established Association

The IAHFE has proven to be relevant and resilient after periods of major change in the world’s external environment and within the field of health promotion. Health promotion aims to empower people to control their own health by gaining control over the underlying factors that influence health.

Our goals

Our goal is to equip IAHFE trainer’s with the best training to help their clients reach their fitness goals. The IAHFE model consists of three approaches: Functional exercise training, basic nutrition, and understanding of the three body types. By learning and utilizing our three approaches an effective fitness model can be implemented to help meet client needs.

The International Assocation for Health and Fitness Education (IAHFE) is an international non-profit organisation and has been active in the field of sport education since 1999. Today, IAHFE works to create learning opportunities for individuals leading, developing, and supporting sport activities. IAHFE is highly engaged in pan-European projects, connects organisations working in the field of sport education, and is the voice of the sector on a European level. International Assocation for Health and Fitness Education (IAHFE) is responsible for the management of certain parts of the sport programmes in the fields of education.

The International Assocation for Health and Fitness Education was created as a certification and fitness model that can be used in neighborhood centers, churches, corporations, parks, and homes. A fitness model tailored according to the daily physical requirements of a person. Our goal is to equip IAHFE trainer’s with the best training to help their clients reach their fitness goals.
